Eight residential apartments were developed on this small 560m2 sloping site. Each apartment has a view to lake and mountains and a sunny courtyard or deck. The apartments have strong forms with large overhanging eaves, recessed decks and solid massing . Variety is provided with stone , copper, concrete, glass and iron textural elements.
